Who we are
BTD Consultancy Services is a wholly Zimbabwean owned company. We are a management consultancy company with a bias towards human capital development. We have been operating for 18 years in Zimbabwe. We operate in Harare, Bulawayo, Hwange and are establishing in Mutare. We have 8 support staff and 30 consultant associates who are qualified and experienced consultants in different skill areas ranging from the World Bank to Zimbabwe’s Power Utility Companies, Zimbabwe’s Mining Industry, Retail and Manufacturing sector.

Business Development Executive
Janet is an educationalist by profession. She is a seasoned facilitator
who has been working in the retail, mining and manufacturing sectors of
industry. She holds a Diploma in Training (IPMZ), Diploma in Teaching
and a Bachelor of Education Degree (UZ). Her passion is developing
people towards achieving their full potential.
