MSc & (PhD) in the Management of Technology & Innovation
Offered in association with DaVinci Institute based in South Africa. The DaVinci Institute is a school of management in higher education specialising in the management of Technology, Innovation, People and Systems.
Target Group
Aimed at Senior Managers and Executives, in which candidates are required to demonstrate their ability to develop new concepts that will significantly improve their operations.
Duration
- MSc is 2years
- PhD is 3years
Project Executive Management Development Programme
Target Group
The Executive Management Development Programme is designed for Senior managers
The managers must have a minimum of five years experience.
Nomination of Participants
Preference should be given to senior managers or those with potential for further development within the organisation.
Similar to the General Management Development Programme but tailor-made for senior executives.
Will link to the Executive MBA currently being negotiated with University of Zimbabwe.
Those who do well on the Executive Management programme will proceed to Executive MBA with relevant exemptions.
General Management Development Programme (GMDP)
The General Management Development Programme is designed for middle managers.
The managers must have a minimum of two years work experience.
Nomination of Participants
Preference should be given to middle managers or those with potential for further development within the organisation.
Syllabus Coverage
- The syllabus covers the principle functions and activities of management as seen against the background of the private sector of commerce and industry as well as public sector.
- Included in the programme are skills required by managers to handle most situations.
